Woodbury University Distance Learning

Woodbury University is one of the oldest higher learning institutions in Southern California. It was founded in 1884 and is located near Los Angeles in Burbank, California. There is also a San Diego campus location and a Center for Community Research and Development in Hollywood. Woodbury is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, National Architecture Accrediting Board, Council for Interior Design Accreditation, Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs, and the National Association for Schools of Art and Design.

Ninety four percent of the students at Woodbury, including distance learning students, receive some sort of financial aid. There are more than 1,500 graduate and undergraduate students enrolled on-campus, online, and internationally. The eclectic mix of students and their backgrounds is a testament to the diversity of Southern California.

Graduate programs are a 1, 2, or 3 year Master of Architecture degree and a 1 year Master of Architecture in Real Estate Development post-professional degree.

The School of Business was formed as a direct response to meet the business demands of Los Angeles. Distance learning students and traditional learners alike can participate in either the undergraduate BBA or MBA program. The faculty focuses on arming the students with current skills along with a sense of how to apply those skills in a practical and modern business setting.

Woodbury’s School of Media, Culture, and Design focuses on educating all students whether they are distance learning or traditionally learning to problem-solve using innovative thought processes.
